Office Directly.
A note, a call, or a half-hour conversation — whichever suits you. Every message to Tally & Twine is read by the person who keeps the books, and answered within one business day.
Send a note
Write to the Office.
Tell us the firm you run and what the books presently look like. There is no form letter at the other end — only a reply from the desk that would keep your ledger.

Before the first conversation
Have These Within Reach.
None are required to send a note — but a first call moves faster when these are to hand. They let us quote an engagement figure accurately, often on the same call.
Your last filed year-end
The most recent return or year-end statement your CPA prepared — it tells us where the books presently stand.
Current payroll register
Headcount and run frequency, if you carry a team. This sets the payroll side of your monthly figure.
Bank & card accounts
A simple count of the operating, savings, credit, and merchant accounts we would reconcile each month.
Your present ledger
Whether your books sit in QuickBooks, Xero, a spreadsheet, or nowhere yet — we migrate cleanly from any of them.

Rather see the figures first?
Each engagement is one flat monthly retainer, set in writing before the first entry is posted. Review the columns, then send a note when a figure fits the firm you run.
